These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services offered by Platinum Life Companies, LLC, including all websites, coaching programs, resources, and platforms operating under the following DBAs or as affiliated and required:
Platinum Life Coaching, Platinum Life Properties (with Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners), Platinum Life Impressions
and any other active DBAs under Platinum Life Companies, LLC
By accessing or using our websites, coaching programs, or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services.
2. Coaching Services
Platinum Life Coaching provides professional coaching services, both individually and in group settings. These services are not therapy, counseling, legal, or financial advice.
All coaching sessions (including recordings, content, or recommendations) are private, confidential, and intended solely for the client. Any unauthorized sharing or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
3. Real Estate Services
The PLP Team operates as a licensed real estate business. Real estate transactions are governed by appropriate state laws and MLS policies. This portion of the business operates under its respective broker.
4. Payment & Fees
Payment terms will be outlined in each client’s specific agreement or invoice. For coaching services:
All sessions must be pre-paid or billed according to the selected package.
Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited per the agreed cancellation policy.
Recurring payments (if any) will be processed via our secure billing provider.
No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered or sessions booked.
5. Client Conduct
You agree not to use our platforms or coaching environments to:
Engage in disrespectful, harassing, or inappropriate behavior
Disrupt group coaching sessions or online communities
Copy, record, or distribute proprietary coaching materials without permission
We reserve the right to terminate services with any client who violates these expectations, without refund.
6. Recordings & Consent
Some sessions may be recorded for training or quality purposes (such as ICF certification programs), with your prior written consent. All recordings remain confidential and are only shared with authorized parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, tools, videos, downloads, and content provided by Platinum Life Companies, LLC are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our materials without written consent.
8. Technology & Availability
We use third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Stripe, Calendly, Google Drive) to deliver services. While we aim for reliable access, we are not responsible for outages, technical issues, or service interruptions caused by these tools.
9. SMS & Email Communication
By using our services or submitting your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in coaching or real estate services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any reason, including breach of these Terms or non-payment.
12. Governing Law
