Make sure you take the time to call at least three inspectors to properly evaluate your needs.
Some things to be sure to tell the inspector:
Is the home a new construction or resale home?
Do you want the home inspected for Radon?
What is Radon?
Do you want the home inspected for Mold?
What type of report will you receive?
